Checking offers are valid for new consumer checking account customers only who have not had a consumer checking account with Fulton Bank, N.A. within the last 24 months.  Extra Savings offer is valid for new consumer Simply Checking account customers only who have not had a consumer savings account with Fulton Bank, N.A. within the last 24 months. Promotion is limited to one cash bonus per person. If multiple accounts are opened for the same owner, only the first qualifying account will be eligible for the bonus. The $300 offer is valid when you open a new Relationship Banking checking account between September 1, 2023 and December 31, 2023, and set up your recurring direct deposit in the cumulative amount of $1,500 or more within 60 days after account opening. We will credit one $50 bonus to your savings account if you made cumulative deposits totaling $1,000 or more of new money within 60 days of account opening. New money is defined as funds not on deposit with Fulton Bank at time of account opening. Transfers from a Fulton Bank account to the new savings account does not qualify as a deposit for this offer. $50 cash bonus will be credited to your savings account within four to six weeks after the conditions above have been met. To receive this bonus, the saving account must not be closed at the time the bonus is paid. 5. The $6 monthly maintenance fee is waived if the $100 minimum daily balance requirement is met or the primary account owner is under the age of 25. The waiver of the monthly maintenance fee requires a valid birthdate on file for the primary account owner. For account owners without a birthdate (ex. estates, trusts), the monthly maintenance fee can only be waived if the minimum balance is $100.00 or more each day during the month.

The combined balance of the primary or secondary owner includes the current balance on the last day of the Relationship Banking statement cycle for each qualifying bank deposit account (consumer checking, savings, money market, certificate of deposit and individual retirement account) and the market value the business day prior to the last day of the statement cycle for eligible Fulton Financial Advisors and/or Fulton Private Bank investment accounts. IntraFi^SM Network Deposits^SM - CD Option and business accounts are excluded from the deposit balance.

13. Rebate of the foreign ATM fee requires a valid birthdate on file for the primary account owner. Account owners without a birthdate (ex. estates, trusts) are not eligible for the rebate. Debit cards cannot be issued on Rep Payee or Guardian accounts. Other banks may charge you a fee for using their ATM.

15. Up to a $10 rebate on the last day of each statement cycle for ATM surcharge fees charged by non-Fulton Bank ATM owners in the U.S. Surcharge fees not identified within the transaction by the non-Fulton Bank ATM owner may not be reimbursed.
